As Trustee for Community Fund Management Foundation,
Fifth Third Bank, Northeastern
Ohio, invests the assets of the trust accounts and
makes distributions from the trust accounts. Funds in
the trust are invested in mutual funds administered
by the bank and interest is earned on the trust assets.

Deposits to Trust Accounts
Fifth Third Bank, Northeastern Ohio, can also receive
deposits to existing trust accounts. Deposits to
an existing trust account can be made at any Fifth
Third Bank branch and must be sent through the bank's
interoffice mail to Mail Code A65111 with the trust
account number and Beneficiary's name indicated
on the check. |
