| Community Fund
Management Foundation (CFMF) is actively working to establish
partnerships with other organizations in Ohio that provide
support and services to individuals with disabilities.
These partnership organizations best represent the
needs of their members with disabilities. By working
together, CFMF and its partnership organizations are
able to educate individuals within these organizations
about the benefits of trust accounts in improving their
quality of life and protecting their future.
Individuals establishing trust accounts through a CFMF
partnership organization can be a benefactor to the
partnership organization. Upon the death of the Beneficiary,
funds remaining in a partnership trust allow the partnership
organization to help others with disabilities within
that organization.

establishing partnership trusts are available as PDF files
